Product Overview
The CNC Gunworks Akira is a premium double-stack 1911-style handgun engineered for shooters who demand elite performance; refined aesthetics; and uncompromising reliability. Built on state-of-the-art CNC platforms and hand-fitted to exacting standards; the Akira blends modern design with classic single-action precision—equally at home on the range; in competition; or as the centerpiece of a high-end collection.
At the heart of the Akira is a 4.6″ ported bull barrel (8 ports; 3 slots) providing a flat recoil impulse; and fast follow-up shots. A 6.4″ sight radius with a red fiber-optic front sight and backup irons ensures rapid sight acquisition; while the included Trijicon RMR/SRO optic plate provides red-dot compatibility out of the box.
The aluminum grip module with medium texture; tactical magwell; and Atlas Gunworks medium trigger offers excellent control. A tool-less guide rod; tuned springs; and high-grip shielded ambidextrous safeties round out a pistol designed to run hard for up to 10,000 rounds between service intervals.
Each pistol is obsessively inspected for accuracy; reliability; and beauty; and backed by a one-year muzzle-to-magwell warranty followed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects.
