The Nox Gentleman Series is the latest generation of Jacob Grey’s American-made double-stack 1911, developed over four years and thousands of pistols built on the platform.
Recoil management is engineered as a complete system rather than ports and a compensator added separately. Six .150" barrel ports work with a compensator profile developed through CFD-guided study of gas behavior throughout the firing cycle. A micron-level tolerance strategy controls dimensional variation across critical slide and frame interfaces, and surfaces are treated with Jacob Grey’s ArmorLube process.
The series debuts the patent-pending CRT Controlled Radius Trigger - a one-piece design built specifically for this platform - flat through the face and radiused where it meets the finger, set to a crisp 2.5 lb pull.
Other platform features include a refined wide-body slide and direct-mount optic architecture.
