PRODUCT DETAILS FOR .308/6.5 MAGS
These magazines are designed with a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design for reduced overall height compared to the industry standard.
Available with or without the front binder plate. See additional info tab details for benefits and limitations of each version.
SPECIFICATIONS
MDT 10-round magazines are approximately ¾” shorter in height than standard AICS 10-round magazines due to MDT’s unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design; allowing easier mag changes when shooting prone.
10-round magazine includes 2 internal ribs that help reduce friction between the cartridge and magazine body and provide a smooth transition from a double stack to single feed at the top of the magazine.
COMPATIBILITY
These magazines will need to be slightly modified to function with Howa 1500 SA rifles.
PRODUCT DETAILS FOR 300WM MAGS
The standard length long action magazine in an MDT Chassis is 3.715" unless otherwise noted in the description stating CIP or 3.85 for the longer magazine well. If you purchased a rifle direct from an OEM or retailer; please check the specifications.
Remington Tactical Chassis Rifle and 338 Lapua XCR rifles use a 3.775" magazine not available from MDT. Tikka T3/T3x and Savage Axis long action calibers in MDT chassis; you must use the 3.560" option.
Will not work with 300 Remington Ultra Mag; 300 Weatherby; and similar cartridges
