TYPE-A has a soft spot for GWOT-era firearms, and few are more iconic than the CQBR Block II. This variant is a callback to the quad rails and short CQB builds of that era - a RESTOMOD that keeps the old-school flavor while upgrading the parts that matter, delivering the performance expected of a modern rifle.
The TYPE-A CQBR Block II is equipped with an 11.5″ chrome-lined, 5R, 4150V chrome moly vanadium barrel in a clean Mag Phos finish, with an ASR suppressor-ready muzzle. It runs a TYPE-A chrome nitride bolt carrier group with R.E.M. polish, a DGI (direct gas impingement) system, and the new TYPE-A PMC straight two-stage trigger for consistent reliability round after round.
NOTE: All TYPE-A rifles are hardcoat anodized and then Cerakoted for a longer-lasting, more durable finish - so the rifle wears down to the anodized surface rather than to raw aluminum the way some others do. Just another detail that makes this one...TYPE-A.
